Milk Powder

Is a manufactured dairy product made by evaporating milk to dryness. Milk powder has a far longer shelf life than liquid milk and does not need to be refrigerated.

Powdered milk is not only for drinking milk as you can dissolve it in a cup hot or cold water, it’s also used in manufacturing of Chocolate and Cheese, Yoghurt and in recipes for baked goods.
